I started counting in July 2011 and i think i gave myself enough time to reach my goals in a healthy way. i don’t want to stress myself out anymore over eating and my weight, so i don’t keep a timetable. i set 2 dates at which i want to have reached a certain weight and i’m positive i can achieve that.
